Logic Designer now limits caching

Until now, the Logic Designer has often been slow to update in your browser, and it was not unusual to have old versions hang around for days.
From now on, the Logic Designer's components will expire after one hour. The performance impact should be minuscule, and you can be confident that you're using the latest.

The JavaScript debugger has been made more solid. It's still beta-quality, but it seems to be more reliable. Local variables are now shown at breakpoints.

All REST responses now include the HTTP header Access-Control-Max-Age, which is set to 3600 (one hour). This should reduce the number of CORS pre-flight requests.
